As Senior Full Stack Developer (f/m/x), you will develop digital solutions that help our customers to rely on us as a banking platform. You will be part of our Customer Success & Trust team, working at the interface between regulatory requirements, internal processes, and genuine user needs. You will ensure that our customer service team has access to modern, secure, and scalable tools - and, together with a dedicated team, you will develop systems that people can count on.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Further developing and operating our Kotlin Spring Boot applications within a Customer Success & Trust context
- Further developing and operating a Next.js and React application that helps our customer support team to manage customer data
- Analyzing and processing incidents in third-level support, incl. ensuring sustainable solutions
- Being actively involved in architecture and technology-related decisions and constructively questioning existing structures

Salary
61.000 - 77.000 EUR annual gross + one-time 5.000 EUR in virtual shares

Working from home and mobile work are therefore integral parts of our remote-friendly work culture. At the same time, we believe in the huge advantages of meeting up and working together in person. Our fantastic office in Hamburg is the perfect space for this and available to you any time. Our office is wheelchair-accessible, has ground-level access and offers flexible options for designing your workspace. We expect our future Senior Full Stack Developer (f/m/x) to spend a minimum of 1 day per week working on-site in our office. We will be happy to discuss all other details with you when we meet you (virtually) in person. One more thing: for organizational reasons, this position requires your place of residence to be in Germany.
