As a (Junior) Recruiter (f/m/x) at Tomorrow, you’ll recruit and connect with people who want to contribute to our vision. You really care about creating interview experiences that feel like genuine conversations—and are real, authentic, and on equal terms. And you’re full of ideas about how we can make our hiring processes even fairer, more inclusive, and more efficient.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Taking ownership of selected hiring processes—from the job posting all the way to the offer stage.
  • Supporting our Talent Acquisition team with all aspects of applicant management and acting as the first point of contact for candidates.
  • Implementing and continuously developing active sourcing as a proactive, core recruiting method for Tomorrow.
  • Conducting interviews and creating a candidate experience that is warm, welcoming, and memorable.
  • Collaborating closely with hiring managers and guiding them through the entire process.
  • Contributing ideas to further improving our recruiting processes and making it data-informed, transparent, and agile.
  • Making sure that our employer brand shines—across job ads, external platforms, and social media, as well as at events once we start tapping into those channels more actively.
What we're looking for
  • You already have initial experience recruiting for both tech and non-tech roles - ideally in digital companies or start-up environments.
  • You have a structured and empathetic approach, and genuinely enjoy meeting people and getting them excited about Tomorrow.
  • You already apply evidence-based recruiting methods and tools in your work.
  • You’ve explored how recruiting can contribute to DEI and have already turned ideas into reality.
  • You’re proactive and able to communicate clearly and openly—in both German and English.
  • You support the idea to create a better future for everyone by using money as a force for good.

Salary
40.000-45.000 EUR annual gross + one-time 5.000 EUR in virtual shares

Transparency is Queen (and King). This is why we indicate a salary range for all jobs. Once we have got to know you better in an interview, we will be able to assess you individually and find out where you fit in our transparent salary matrix.
You want to work remotely?
We want to give all employees at Tomorrow the opportunity to organize their personal life and working hours flexibly and in keeping with their own requirements. Working from home and mobile work are therefore integral parts of our remote-friendly work culture. At the same time, we believe in the huge advantages of meeting up and working together in person. Our fantastic office in Hamburg is the perfect space for this and available to you any time. Our office is wheelchair-accessible, has ground-level access and offers flexible options for designing your workspace. We expect our future (Junior) Recruiter (f/m/x) to spend a minimum of 1-2 days per week working on-site in our office. We will be happy to discuss all other details with you when we meet you (virtually) in person. One more thing: for organizational reasons, this position requires your place of residence to be in Germany.

Als (Junior) Recruiter*in bei Tomorrow suchst und findest du für Tomorrow Menschen, die Lust haben, unsere Vision mitzugestalten. Dabei legst du Wert darauf, dass Bewerbungsgespräche ein echtes Kennenlernen auf Augenhöhe sind. Gleichzeitig bringst du Ideen ein, wie wir unsere Hiring-Prozesse noch fairer, inklusiver und effizienter gestalten können.

Zu deinen Aufgaben gehören:
  • Du betreust eigenständig Bewerbungsprozesse für ausgewählte Position – von der Ausschreibung bis zum Angebot.
  • Du unterstützt das Talent Acquisition Team im Bewerbungsmanagement von A-Z und bist erste/r Ansprechpartner*in für alle unsere Bewerber*innen.
  • Du übernimmst das Active Sourcing für relevante Positionen und baust es als essentiellen Recruitingkanal für Tomorrow sukzessive weiter aus.
  • Du führst Interviews und schaffst eine wertschätzende Candidate Experience, die in Erinnerung bleibt.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit Hiring Manager*innen zusammen und begleitest sie durch den gesamten Prozess.
  • Du bringst Ideen ein, wie wir unsere Recruiting-Prozesse weiterentwickeln können – datenbasiert, transparent und effizient.
  • Du sorgst dafür, dass unsere Employer Brand auch nach außen strahlt – in unseren Stellenausschreibungen, externen Job Plattformen und auf Social Media und Events bei Bedarf.
Was Du mitbringen solltest
  • Du hast erste Erfahrungen im Recruiting von Tech- und Non-Tech Positionen, vorzugsweise in digitalen Unternehmen und/oder im Start-up Umfeld.
  • Du bist empathisch, arbeitest strukturiert und hast Freude daran, Menschen kennenzulernen und zu begeistern.
  • Du wendest bereits eignungsdiagnostische Ansätze und Methoden im Recruiting an.
  • Du hast dich schon aktiv damit auseinandergesetzt, welchen Beitrag Recruiting zu DEI leisten kann und daraus konkrete Maßnahmen in die Umsetzung gebracht.
  • Du gehst proaktiv auf andere zu und kommunizierst klar und offen – auf Deutsch und Englisch.
  • Du stehst hinter der Idee, Geld als Hebel für positiven Wandel zu nutzen und brennst darauf, mit uns zusammen ein besseres Morgen für alle zu gestalten.

Vergütung

40.000-45.000 Euro Jahresbrutto + einmalig 5.000 Euro in Virtual Shares

Von unserer*m zukünftigen Junior Recruiter*in wünschen wir uns circa 1-2 Tage “on-site” pro Woche. Und eins noch: Aus organisatorischen Gründen ist für diese Position ein Wohnsitz in Deutschland erforderlich.
