As our (Junior) IT Administrator (f/m/x), you will support our IT infrastructure and ensure a seamless onboarding process for new employees and the smooth running of our team’s day-to-day operations. In close collaboration with our IT Administrator, you will take on various IT responsibilities and projects. You will also be the designated contact for different stakeholders and suppliers.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting our People & Culture team with onboarding and offboarding tasks, such as creating accounts and setting up hardware.
- Managing our IT assets to ensure the accurate traceability of devices and tools.
- Providing first-level IT support to our employees using Jira Service Management.
- Documenting processes and guidelines on Confluence.
- The administration and maintenance of company-wide tools such as Slack, Google Workspace, Zoom, 1Password and others.

Salary
35.200 - 41.600 EUR annual gross + one-time 5.000 EUR in virtual shares (32 h / week)

Working from home and mobile work are therefore integral parts of our remote-friendly work culture. At the same time, we believe in the huge advantages of meeting up and working together in person. Our fantastic office in Hamburg is the perfect space for this and available to you any time. Our office is wheelchair-accessible, has ground-level access and offers flexible options for designing your workspace. We expect our future (Junior) IT-Admin (f/m/x) to spend a minimum of 2 days per month working on-site in our office. We will be happy to discuss all other details with you when we meet you (virtually) in person.One more thing: for organizational reasons, this position requires your place of residence to be in Germany.
