As a Product Manager (f/m/x), you will work together with a cross-functional tech team in the domains of regulatory compliance, customer support automation, and customer self-service. Your work will have a direct impact on fostering customer trust, building efficient workflows, and preparing us for future strategic steps, like pursuing our own banking license.

- Manage the product backlog and roadmap, translating business and stakeholder needs into clear, actionable priorities.
- Ensure regular exchanges with engineering partners and key stakeholders (compliance, support, operations) to align on goals and ensure seamless delivery.
- Build strong partnerships with Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) providers, ensuring smooth integration, compliance, and technical alignment.
- Prioritize features and processes that enhance self-service options and automate support with transparency and reliability.
- Plan and oversee sprints and releases, balancing team capacity with dependencies across internal and external stakeholders.
- Drive improvements in customer self-service, support automation, and operational workflows to boost efficiency and scalability.
- Track key metrics, identify risks, and implement solutions to maintain delivery timelines and product quality.
