Do you want to revolutionize banking and provide millions of people with a sustainable solution for their finances? As our Senior Growth Marketing Manager for affiliates, influencer marketing, and partnerships, you will be instrumental in our growth strategy. Your creative campaigns and strategic partnerships will create real added value for our community – and put our brand where it belongs: at the forefront of banking!

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Strategic expansion: Designing and managing innovative affiliate and influencer marketing programs aligned with our growth targets.
  • Partner network: Identifying and acquiring strategic partners, including affiliates, influencers, and brands, to help us scale our offer.
  • Campaign management: Planning, implementing, and analyzing performance marketing campaigns. Continuously optimizing to achieve the best results.
  • Maintaining relationships: Building lasting relationships with partners and influencers and ensuring that they authentically represent our brand.
  • Analysis & reporting: Following relevant KPIs and developing databased recommendations to improve our marketing activities.
  • Trendspotting: Keeping your finger on the pulse, discovering new marketing trends and technologies and using them creatively.
What we're looking for
  • You have gained extensive work experience in performance marketing, ideally in the affiliate, influencer or partner marketing sector.
  • You are known for your analytical skills and ability to scale your deliverables. 
  • You’re very familiar with standard performance tools like Google Analytics or partner marketing platforms.
  •  You’re a networker at heart and know how to build and maintain lasting relationships.
  • You have a nose for trends and a passion for innovative marketing approaches, especially in the finance sector.
  •  You take a targeted approach to managing projects, creating the basis for scalable solutions with a long-term impact.
  • You are fluent in German and English, written as well as spoken.
  • You support the idea to create a better future for everyone by using money as a force for good.

Salary

67.000 - 73.000 EUR annual gross + virtual shares

We want to give all employees at Tomorrow the opportunity to organize their personal life and working hours flexibly and in keeping with their own requirements. Working from home and mobile work are therefore integral parts of our remote-friendly work culture. At the same time, we believe in the huge advantages of meeting up and working together in person. Our fantastic office in Hamburg is the perfect space for this and available to you any time. Our office is wheelchair-accessible, has ground-level access and offers flexible options for designing your workspace. We expect our future Senior Growth Marketing Manager (f/m/x) to spend a minimum of 4 days per month working on-site in our office. We will be happy to discuss all other details with you when we meet you (virtually) in person. One more thing: for organizational reasons, this position requires your place of residence to be in Germany.

Zu deinen Aufgaben gehören:
  • Strategische Weiterentwicklung: Entwerfe und leite innovative Affiliate- und Influencer-Marketing-Programme, die auf unsere Wachstumsziele abgestimmt sind.
  • Partnernetzwerk: Identifiziere und gewinne strategische Partner, darunter Affiliates, Influencer und Marken, um unser Angebot zu skalieren.
  • Kampagnenmanagement: Plane, implementiere und analysiere Performance-Marketing-Kampagnen. Du optimierst kontinuierlich, um die besten Ergebnisse zu erzielen.
  • Beziehungen pflegen: Baue langfristige Beziehungen zu Partnern und Influencern auf und stelle sicher, dass sie unsere Marke authentisch vertreten.
  • Analyse & Reporting: Verfolge relevante KPIs und entwickle datenbasierte Empfehlungen, um unsere Marketingaktivitäten zu verbessern.
  • Trendspotting: Sei am Puls der Zeit – entdecke neue Marketingtrends und Technologien und setze sie kreativ ein.
Was Du mitbringen solltest
  • Du hast umfangreiche Berufserfahrung im Performance Marketing, idealerweise im Bereich Affiliate, Influencer oder Partner-Marketing.
  • Du bist bekannt für deine analytischen Fähigkeiten und die Skalierung deiner Arbeitsergebnisse. 
  • Du bist mit gängigen Performance-Tools bestens vertraut, wie Google Analytics oder Partner-Marketing-Plattformen.
  • Du bist ein*e Netzwerker*in und weißt, wie man nachhaltige Beziehungen aufbaut und pflegt.
  • Du hast ein Gespür für Trends und eine Leidenschaft für innovative Marketingansätze, insbesondere in der Finanzbranche.
  • Du steuerst Projekte zielführend und schaffst die Basis für skalierbare Lösungen, die langfristig wirken.
  • Du hast sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.

Vergütung

67.000 - 73.000 Euro Jahresbrutto + einmalig Virtual Shares

Von unserer*m zukünftigen Senior Growth Marketing Manager*in wünschen wir uns circa 4 Tage “on-site” per Monat. Und eins noch: Aus organisatorischen Gründen ist für diese Position ein Wohnsitz in Deutschland erforderlich.
