Als Agile Coach*in bei Tomorrow begleitest du cross-funktionale Entwicklungsteams und ihre internen Stakeholder*innen in der Organisation. Als organisationsweite*r Ansprechpartner*in für das agile Set-up unterstützt du deine Kolleg*innen zudem Prozesse zu gestalten und die Anpassungsfähigkeit der Organisation zu verbessern. Dabei trägst du zu einer Kultur des kontinuierlichen Wissenstransfers bei.

Zu deinen Aufgaben gehören:
  • Du unterstützt sie in ihrem Arbeitsalltag und beim Anwenden agiler Werte, Praktiken und Methoden. 
  • Du erkennst ihre Bedürfnisse und Stimmungen und unterstützt beim Erkennen und Bewältigen von Hindernissen. 
  • Mit deinem vielfältigen methodischen Baukasten förderst du die Selbstorganisation und unterstützt den kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozess. 
  • Dabei agierst du in unterschiedlichen Rollen, z.B. als Coach*in, Scrum Master*in, Moderator*in oder Mediator*in.
Was Du mitbringen solltest
  • Du hast mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Scrum Master*in bzw. Agile Coach*in im IT Umfeld.
  • Du hast neben einem agilen Mindset, Kenntnisse in agiler Organisationsentwicklung und Gruppendynamiken sowie praktische Erfahrung darin.
  • In deiner Rolle schätzt du die soziale Interaktion mehr als den Prozess und agierst dementsprechend teamorientiert.
  • Du bist ein*e gute*r Zuhörer*in und Beobachter*in und bist es in deinem Job gewohnt, mit verschiedenen Charakteren sowie auf verschiedenen Ebenen zu kommunizieren.
  • Dir sind ein empathischer Umgang miteinander sowie gute, konstruktive Kommunikation wichtig und du trägst mit deinem Tun zu einer dementsprechenden Teamkultur bei.
  • Du sprichst fließend Englisch sowie mindestens gut Deutsch.
  • Du stehst hinter der Idee, Geld als Hebel für positiven Wandel zu nutzen und brennst darauf, mit uns zusammen ein besseres Morgen für alle zu gestalten.

Vergütung
56.000 - 67.000 Euro Jahresbrutto

The role

As an Agile Coach (f/m/x) at Tomorrow, you will accompany cross-functional software development teams and their internal stakeholders within the organization. As the organization’s designated contact for our agile set-up, you will also support your colleagues in designing processes and improving the adaptability of the organization. By doing so, you will contribute to a culture of continuous knowledge transfer.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Supporting your colleagues in their day-to-day work and in the use of agile values, practices, and methods. 
  • Recognizing their needs and moods and supporting them in identifying and overcoming obstacles. 
  • Encouraging self-organization and supporting the ongoing improvement process with your various methodical building blocks. 
  • To do this, you will take on various roles, e.g. as a coach, scrum master, moderator, or mediator.
What we're looking for
  • You already have at least two years of work experience as a scrum master or agile coach in an IT environment.
  • As well as an agile mindset, you also have knowledge of agile organization development and group dynamics, as well as practical experience in these.
  • In your role, you value social interaction more than the process and therefore act in a team-oriented way.
  • You are a good listener and observer and used to communicating with different personalities and on different levels in your job.
  • Empathy and good, constructive communication are important to you and with everything you do, you actively contribute to a corresponding team culture.
  • You speak fluent English and at least a good level of German.
  • You support the idea to create a better future for everyone by using money as a force for good.

Salary
56.000-67.000 EUR annual gross

We want to give all employees at Tomorrow the opportunity to organize their personal life and working hours flexibly and in keeping with their own requirements. Working from home and mobile work are therefore integral parts of our remote-friendly work culture. At the same time, we believe in the huge advantages of meeting up and working together in person. Our fantastic office in Hamburg is the perfect space for this and available to you any time. We expect our future Agile Coach (f/m/x) to spend an average of 1-3 days a week working on-site in our office.
